Shipping Information

Overview

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $25 on all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $200.

Payment and Billing

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments, you will not be charged multiple times.

Title and Risk

Title to the products in your order is transferred from Skincare by Adi to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Skincare by Adi to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Skincare by Adi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following Canadian holidays:

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered hazardous materials, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.), are restricted and required to be shipped by standard, ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

Multiple Shipments

To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our Skincare by Adi warehouses across the country. You may receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternatively, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.

For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the nearest Skincare by Adi Warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Final Sale Items

Please note that all sales marked as “final” are final. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
